**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Recruitment Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective students for short-term courses.
- Use both online and offline channels to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- **Lead Generation and Management**:

- Identify target audiences and develop lead generation strategies through digital marketing, social media, and events.
- **Market Outreach**:

- Conduct school/university visits, workshops, and seminars to promote short-term courses.
- Collaborate with educational counselors, agents, and community organizations to increase outreach.
- **Content and Communication**:

- Develop engaging content for digital marketing, brochures, presentations, and campaigns to communicate the benefits of courses.
- Create and manage course-specific marketing materials.
- **Partnership Building**:

- Establish partnerships with coaching centers, educational platforms, and influencers to expand reach.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive word-of-mouth referrals.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Provide detailed reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing ROI and campaign success.
- Creative mindset with a passion for education and student success.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or relevant short-term courses is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
