Physiotherapist, Patient Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical needs and goals.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.
3. Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education.
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
7. Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training, and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.
8. Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and self-management.
9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Pay: ₹13,175.02 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
