**Job Title**: UX Designer (M/F/d)

**Main Tasks /Responsibilities -**
- Lead the UX design process for new software projects
- Manage and maintain all UX and design documentation
- Collaborate closely with our sales and development teams
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of our software solutions

**Mandatory / Your Profile -**
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for Application Development)
- Proven professional experience in UX design
- Proficient in **Figma** and well-versed in modern design principles
- Strong understanding of UX use cases and user-centered design
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, quality-driven, and self-motivated work style
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to collaborative work
- Own professional working equipment (PC, monitor, stable internet) is **mandatory** due to the nature of the contract

- Knowledge in Figma
- Knowledge about ux user-cases
- Knowledge about modern design rules
- Independent and quality-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team, flexible and customer orientated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
