**Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit engaging videos and motion graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop compelling visual storytelling through video editing, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and ensure the video content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics to deliver cutting-edge content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphic Creator, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, motion graphics, and animation principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- A portfolio or sample of previous video editing and motion graphic work.
