Videographer

The Videographer & Content Creator is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality photo and video content to support the organization’s marketing, branding, and social media initiatives. This role also involves basic content writing, storytelling, and mobile editing to create engaging and visually appealing digital assets.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Photography & Videography**:
Capture professional-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and social media.

Operate and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for optimal results.

Plan and execute video shoots based on creative briefs and project timelines.

Conduct interviews and record testimonials when required.

**2. Editing & Post-Production**:
Edit videos and photos, Perform color correction, retouching, sound balancing, and motion graphic integration.

Create short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts etc.) optimized for different platforms.

Manage and organize media files for easy retrieval.

**3. Mobile Editing & Quick Content Production**:
Use mobile editing tools for fast-turnaround social media content.

Capture and edit spontaneous, real-time content suitable for stories and behind-the-scenes updates.

**4. Content Writing & Storytelling**:
Write engaging captions, short scripts, and storyboards for social media and promotional videos.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals and written content with brand voice and tone.

Support campaign planning with creative content ideas.

**5. Event Coverage & Collaboration**:
Cover corporate functions, community initiatives, and promotional events.

Coordinate with the **Creative Head** and **Social Media Team** to ensure cohesive visual output.

Provide on-site support for photography, videography, and live social media coverage.

**6. Equipment & Asset Management**:
Maintain and organize photography/videography equipment to ensure reliability.

Recommend upgrades, software, and new tools to improve production quality.

Ensure backup and storage of all media assets.
