We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital payments platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that align with business objectives and user needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze user requirements, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand technical constraints and ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a user-centric mindset within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Tech / BE) or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the BFSI domain.
- Proficiency in frameworks and design tools such as Figma, React JS, or other similar tools.
- Good experience in UI libraries such as Material UI, Carbon design or Fluent UI.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping and understanding design constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, effectively communicating design ideas and rationale.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, ensuring designs are inclusive and accessible to all users.
- Experience with animation and interaction design to create engaging and dynamic user experiences.
- Understanding of responsive design principles, optimizing designs for various screen sizes and devices.
