- **Performance Preparation**: Train and prepare students for stage shows, recitals, and competitions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other instructors, musicians, and event coordinators.
- **Communication**: Communicate with parents and students about progress and upcoming events.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on new trends, styles, and techniques in the dance world.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Dance Proficiency**: Strong knowledge and experience in multiple Western dance styles.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to engage students, provide constructive feedback, and create a positive learning environment.
- **Choreography Skills**: Ability to design and execute original choreographies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
