**Job Description**:

- Develop and Implement **New **systems, best practices, **Inventory control**,
- Create checklist for regular inspection activity.
- Responsible for the inspection of press shop machined parts as per the drawing and control plan.
- Collaborate with other departments staff and senior management decision makers to share information, problem solve and clarify management objective.
- Carrying out 5S, poka-yoke and **KAIZEN** activities for continuous improvement
- Monitoring Quality Systems (IATF 16949.2016) in SMP Engineering hosur.
- Conducting MSA studies.
- **PPAP** All Documents Preparation(cp,fmea,pfd,etc..)
- Check the **PFD, PFMEA**, Control plan as per process.
- Prepared the **SOP** (Standard Operating Procedure) as per Control plan.
- Prepared the **OPL** For Complaints at **In-house & Customer.**
- Having sound knowledge in **7QC tools** and **8D** for problem solving.
- Implementing Statistical Process Control in shop floor.
- **Product** and **process auditing** & Control of **Non-Conforming Products/Process.**
- Monitoring Daily Rejection and Motivating the team to achieve the **quality targets**.
- Handling of **Customer Complaints** and Involved in Improvement
- Drawing **Analyzing **and **Brainstorming** for **Assembly Failure.**
- Giving **various Suggestions** for Continual Improvement.
- Continual Quality Improvements Through **Qc tools.**
- In-process Rejection Analysis and Doing **Continual Improvements Through Kaizen.**
- **Reduced Scrap cost** through **process improvements**.
- **Consumable cost reduction** by process improvement.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
