Summary
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
- Customize beverages based on guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing questions or concerns.
- Upsell and recommend beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Troubleshoot and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
- Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and maintain transaction records when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, seating areas, and storage spaces.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products to minimize waste.
- Assist in training and supporting new team members.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
- Represent the brand by maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or café setting.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
