**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to generate machining programs.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX.
- Set up VMC machines, including tool selection, fixturing, and zero setting.
- Perform dry runs and first-piece inspection to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Make necessary program adjustments based on inspection results and machining behavior.
- Ensure production efficiency, part quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain documentation for setup sheets, program backups, and tool lists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining, tooling, or programming.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams for process improvements.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness and readiness.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical
- 2-5 years of experience in VMC programming and operations (freshers can be considered for trainee roles).
- Proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CAM software programming.
- Strong understanding of machining practices, GD&T, and material properties.
- Experience with different control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹159,472.29 - ₹458,136.48 per year
