Job Title: Sales Skin Therapist

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Skin Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in not only providing exceptional skincare services but also in driving sales through lead conversion and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to assess their skincare concerns, analyze skin conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Actively engage with clients to build rapport, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and advancements in skincare treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring adherence to sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, home care products, and post-treatment care instructions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Work experience In beauty industry: 2 years (required)
