**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and reports.

**Implementation and Coordination**:

- Support the implementation of project activities in accordance with the established plans.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.

Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions related to project objectives.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Participate in monitoring project progress and assessing the impact of interventions.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data and indicators.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing case studies, success stories, and other communication materials.

**Capacity Building**:

- Support capacity-building initiatives for project beneficiaries and community members.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Knowledge of of designing and website management is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
