**About Us**

4 Edges is a premium interior design firm based in Mumbai, renowned for crafting bespoke spaces for residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time, with exceptional quality and clear communication. We are currently seeking a **Site Supervisor** to manage on-site operations from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Site Management**
- Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses as per the defined schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with labor, and vendors, resolving any on-site issues promptly.

2. **Timeline & Progress Tracking**
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Proactively identify delays or potential roadblocks and develop solutions in coordination with the project team.

3. **Client Communication**
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing their inquiries or concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide regular updates on project status, ensuring clients feel informed and assured throughout the process.

4. **Stakeholder Coordination**
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to align on design details and material requirements.
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure everyone is up-to-date on schedules, changes, or issues.

5. **Quality Assurance & Safety**
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices, maintaining a clean and organized site environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **3-5 years** of hands-on experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction.
- Proven ability to **handle multiple stakeholders** and manage on-site teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to **spot potential issues** and proactively address them.

**What We Offer**
- **Monthly salary of ₹20,000** plus **travel allowance**.
