**Job description**

**Roles on Offer: Hydrocarbons
- Business Finance/ Internal Audit**
- Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness. Periodically develop and present root cause analysis for performance variances.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Work towards automation and digitization of accounting processes.
- Ensure adherence to MIS and statutory reporting timeliness and flagging errors in reporting as per defined standard.
- Support to closure of audit inputs in specified area of work.
- Carry out period end accounting activities and ensure smooth & timely closure of accounts on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis.
- Conduct and deliver internal audits as per the Annual Audit Plan.
- Understand the Risk and Control Matrix of the business or function and give recommendations.
- Support auditees in risk mitigation efforts by identifying effective action plans.
