Position: Digital Marketing Intern/Fresher

Location: Noida Extention (1st Month, Work from home is okay)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update the company website regularly to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.

2. Develop and execute social media posting schedules across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

3. Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

4. Design and create banner ads and other digital creatives for online advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.

5. Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to engage with the audience effectively.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience.

7. Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

8. Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates, focusing on elements such as design, content, and call-to-action.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Prior internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) for website management (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different digital platforms.

6. Ability to create visually appealing banner ads and other digital creatives using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines and objectives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
