**EXECUTIVE - CREATIVE DESIGNER**

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

We are now seeking to expand our team with a highly professional personal to look after the office - **Executive - Creative Designer**.

**Qualification and Work experience requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of Work experience in relevant field.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interacting with team to understand their campaigns, goals, and desired deliverables
- Generating design quotes; creating and executing a style guide for artwork
- Turning a organisation’s ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
- Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience
- Conducting market research
- Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) and software like InDesign to generate visuals
- Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign
- Coordinating with other creatives like artists or photographers for necessary elements
- Presenting drafts to the client and making requested updates to the design
- Providing files to necessary vendors like a printer or web designer
- Deciding how to translate messages and ideas into visuals
- assisting with the selection of design elements such as fonts, colours and images for layouts
- coming up with design guidelines
- supervising design modifications throughout the development process
- creating logos, creating digital drawings using software, creating pictures from data and ideas
- presenting creative design work to team

**Technical skills Requirements**
- **Design principles**:As a creative designer, you’ll need to know how to bring elements together, like colour, imagery, and text, to convey a message.
- **Ideation**: You’ll generate and develop new ideas that align with the client’s needs.
- **Branding**:You need to understand key components that make a brand and how they work together to communicate with an intended audience.
- **Designing for different media**:You should be familiar with techniques and materials for designing digital and print media.
- **Design software**: Many creative designers use Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

**Workplace skills Requirements**
- **Creativity**: able to think of innovative and exciting ways to visually communicate ideas. Able to take organisation's message and needs and translate it into meaningful visual art.
- **Artistic talent**: Besides being creative and innovative with design concepts, creative designers possess the artistic talent and skills to conceptualise, illustrate and generate visual graphics either manually or using computer software.
- **Branding**: should have fundamental branding and typography abilities to create great designs for company. Proficient in investigating and comprehending the aspects of a company's brand, including colours, typefaces, images and logos, in expressing the company's chosen messaging and reaching their target audience.
- **Computer abilities**: generate or modify pictures and layouts using graphic design software. Keep oneself updated on how to utilise picture layout editing and publishing tools.
- **Leadership abilities**: you may be in charge of managing and instructing a team of artists and graphic designers and overseeing a project through all stages. It's essential that you can encourage your colleagues and team members to be creative and come up with unique concepts.
- **Communication skills**: communicate their vision for a project, work well with different departments and team members and carefully listen to the design goals of clients.
- **Analytical abilities**: can select the appropriate graphic representation for a complicated topic or data collection.
- **Project management and Time management**: handling several projects at the same time and multitask and keep design and projects on track. You will likely be working on multiple projects at one time, so you’ll need to manage each one accordingly.
