**ROLE PURPOSE**

- Key purpose of the role is to maintain and update engaging sporting schedules across the DAZN linear network.
- As a planning coordinator, you're responsible for maintaining linear schedules that adhere to editorial guidelines set by the central planning team, ensuring accuracy is at the heart of your work. You will be comfortable in understanding linear broadcasting with an eagerness to learn.
- You will be at the heart of multiple channels across the globe, maintaining the best sporting events there is to offer. You will have strong organization skills to ensure delivery of non-live content is timely and correct. Accuracy of data will be at the heart of the role as you ensure safe delivery of schedules to partners at Amagi.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- You will be expected to update and maintain multiple linear schedules to the highest standard ensuring central content plans are adhered to.
- You will be instrumental in the success of the DAZN Fast Channels working with the central planning team to deliver accurate schedules to Amagi.
- You will also be expected to maximise the accuracy of our schedule and ensure that production requirements across the business are accurately reflected within our systems.
- You will work within the team to look for efficiencies and process improvement to ensure scalability whilst maintaining the highest of standards both technically and editorially.
- Attend weekly and monthly planning meetings with local and central teams.
- Assist on ad hoc project work.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience using broadcast management system MediaGenix WhatsOn or Amagi scheduling tool would be bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Clear understanding of world sport and trends.
- A good communicator with a drive to improve standard practice.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different workflows to attain the required outcome.
- Driven to make an impact and drive the product forward.
