Job Title: Social Media Content Creator Location: Delhi Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and skills) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 years in content creation --- Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create visually appealing and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts. Write compelling captions and copy to drive engagement and align with brand messaging. Monitor current social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify content opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign goals. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of content and optimize future posts. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation. Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement. Excellent writing skills for crafting captions and social media copy. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
