1. Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering:
○ Engage with clients to understand their packaging needs, preferences, and objectives.

○ Translate client requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

2. Project Management:
○ Oversee the entire packaging development process, ensuring timely delivery of projects. ○ Coordinate between the client and the internal team to ensure smooth progress.

3. Technical Consultation:
○ Provide clients with innovative packaging solutions and alternatives based on the latest industry trends and technologies.

○ Educate clients on the technicalities of different packaging materials, processes, and technologies. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
○ Ensure all packaging solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and client specifications.

○ Collaborate with the quality team to address any concerns or deviations.

5. Budgeting and Costing:
○ Provide clients with cost estimates and quotations for various packaging solutions.

○ Ensure projects stay within budget and communicate any changes or challenges to clients proactively.

6. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
○ Gather feedback from clients on the performance and quality of delivered packaging solutions.

○ Work with the technical team to continuously improve and innovate based on client feedback and market demands.

7. Documentation and Reporting:
○ Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, projects, and outcomes.

○ Provide clients with regular updates and reports on project progress and milestones.

8. Team Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure the delivery of optimal packaging solutions.

○ Stay updated on the latest packaging trends, innovations, and technologies.

○ Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and network with industry professionals.

○ Assist in the onboarding of new clients by providing them with information on the company's packaging capabilities and solutions.

○ Participate in internal training sessions and workshops.

○ Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to enhance team capabilities.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and machinery.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes:

- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate client needs and challenges

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
