Job Description: Executive - MIS

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing business analysis tasks and techniques to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and core team members
- Recommend solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- Conducting requirements management and communication
- Conducting enterprise analysis and requirements analysis
- Assessing capability gaps and identifying new capabilities required by the enterprise
- Understanding the organization's business and how technology supports it
- Conducting analysis and root cause analysis of defects
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and developers to gather feedback on requirements and solution results
- Producing key deliverables such as actionable requirements, process maps, gap analysis, scenarios/use cases, data flow diagrams, and change control forms

**Requirements**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in preparing MIS reports on Excel and Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau.
- Experience in preparing reports as per business requirements on Excel and Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau
- Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
