As a Studio Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the studio department. Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of studio activities, including photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative projects.
- Liaise with internal teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and other professionals, to ensure proper coordination and collaboration.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary studio equipment and supplies.
- Arrange and set up studio spaces for various projects, ensuring they are clean, organized, and adequately equipped.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, props, and jewelry products for shoots and projects.
- Assist in counting the number of products received from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and maintaining proper documentation.
- Support the studio team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, file organization and post production handover activities.
- Liaise with the post-production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient transfer of files.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a creative or photography-related environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with photography and video production processes is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
