Manage daily operations of the solar installation crew, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Inspect installations to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on components and workmanship throughout the installation process.
- Enforce all safety protocols on site, including proper PPE usage and work procedures.
- Regularly communicate project status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to address technical challenges.
- Resolve issues with subcontractors and address concerns raised by clients.
- Understand and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage crews effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions on-site
- Attention to detail to ensure quality installations and compliance with standards
- Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including electrical principles and installation procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
