**Designation**: Executive (NPL_PS_TP_FPI_E)

**Office Location**: Mahalaxmi Mumbai (Regional Office), Mahalaxmi Mumbai (Corporate Office)

**Position description**:

Apart from holding the current Direct Tax role, you are also provided a platform to delve into newer avenues.**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Providing holistic tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax
- Provide tax risk analysis pro-actively on transactions planned by Clients
- Manage all tax compliances relating to a portfolio of clients. This would inter alia include:

- Computation of capital gains for FPI clients
- Issuance of remittance certificates
- Computation on monthly/weekly basis
- Annual Tax return filing
- Manage all tax compliances related to AIF. This would inter alia include:

- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly tax computation for NAV purpose
- Computation of advanced tax for the funds
- Review of tax audit reports and tax returns
- Time to time query resolution for the clients
- Client liaison, preparing proposals, monitoring billing and recovery, reviewing the data entry done by juniors.

**Required Skills**:
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA with 1-3 years of experience in Taxation of Foreign Portfolio Investors

Experience in income tax returns

Direct Tax law, Tax Treaty provisions, read and interpret DTAA

Handling scrutiny assessment proceedings and other departmental matters for Domestic and Foreign Companies including preparation for the same.

Process involved in E-TDS return filing including preparation and review.
