Equity Research Associate

Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to work closely with our senior research analysts and portfolio managers to conduct fundamental analysis on publicly traded companies, identify investment opportunities, and contribute to the development of our investment theses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fundamental analysis on publicly traded companies, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and company valuations
- Identify potential investment opportunities and contribute to the development of investment theses
- Work closely with senior research analysts and portfolio managers to develop and refine investment ideas
- Create and maintain financial models and databases to support investment decisions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and company-specific news to stay informed about potential investment opportunities
- Collaborate with other members of the research team to share ideas and insights and to ensure that our investment strategies are aligned with market conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, Sell-side analysts, and company management teams to gather information and stay informed about industry trends
- Contribute to the development of investment recommendations and present ideas to the portfolio management team
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure that our investment strategies are informed and effective

**Requirements**:

- MBA / CA / CFA with 3-6 years of experience in equity research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fundamental analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Excel
