**Job Summary**
Global Longlife Hospital is Multi specialty hospital set up in the heart of Ahmadabad i.e. Nr, sindhu bhavan Raod, pakwan Char Rasta.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**General**
- Responsible for receiving patient in O.T
- Checking patient’s identity by id belt and UHIH no
- Checking documents and all reports /consent and document it in patient over book
- Check patients vital parameters
- Inform anesthetist about arrival of patient
- Gives pre-medication after consent of anesthetist
- Checking of correct site of surgery
- Document each patient’s entry and exit time.

**Responsibility of during surgery in O.T**
- Responsible for receiving the patient with all documents
- TO set the operation theatre for surgery
- Assist the scrub nurse during the surgery
- Keeping gauze and mops counting during the surgery
- While shifting the patient ensure complete documents are in the file
- Helping the scrub nurse in cleaning and packing the instruments
- Co - coordinating with other colleagues in keeping ready for the next surgery
- Write details of surgery on information board in the OT

**Training**
- To attend training programs as and when organized by the Hospital

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
GNM/B.SC NURSING with 1-2 years of OT Experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
