- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and developmental assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, considering their unique needs and circumstances.
- Performing pediatric procedures and interventions, such as immunizations, minor surgeries, and neonatal resuscitation.
- Providing guidance and support to parents and caregivers on child healthcare, growth and development, and preventive measures.
- Supervising and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in pediatric medicine, including teaching clinical skills, conducting lectures, and facilitating research projects.
- Participating in academic activities, such as journal clubs, case presentations, and research conferences.
