Account Executive

Record financial transactions accurately in Tally ERP.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and day books.
- Oversee daily cash flow and manage petty cash for outlets.
- Generate invoices and track payments from customers.
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile sales reports with cash and card payments at outlets.
- Handle GST filing, TDS payments, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare documentation for audits and ensure timely tax submissions.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Use MS Excel to create budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with store managers and the operations team for financial clarity.
- Assist external auditors during financial audits.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally, GST,MS Excel (preferred)
