Selection Criteria:

- Handling EPABX System, & Responding to incoming and outgoing calls.
- Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing parcels/mail/couriers.
- Maintaining stationary and attendance registers.
- Welcome visitors and guests and direct them appropriately.
- Taking care of mailing and receiving all correspondence.
- Maintaining all office files & generate MIS report.
- Looking into follow ups.
- Scanning and Drafting Important Letters.
- Responsible for Administration Activity.

Essentials:

- Bachelors Degree in Any Stream/business administration
- Computer user skills
- Command over English (spoken & written), Gujarati and Hindi (spoken)
