**Sales Telecaller - Astrology Products and Services**

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Telecallers to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell astrology products and services.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored astrological solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Stay informed about astrology products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate and address customer queries.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product/service improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Persuasive and effective selling skills.

Familiarity with astrology concepts and products is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.

Previous experience in selling astrology products or services is an advantage.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.

Flexible to work during business hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
