**Role & responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
