**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing 3D representations.
- **3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, products, or other design elements using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, Vray, TWINMOTION Unreal engine).
- **Rendering**: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders that showcase design concepts in a compelling and realistic manner.
- **Visualization Enhancement**: Collaborate with the design team to suggest improvements and enhancements to the visual aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision.
- **Client Communication**: Present 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders, explaining design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine and improve visualizations.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in 3D visualization techniques to continually enhance skills and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max Vray, Twin motion), as well as proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to bring imaginative ideas to life through 3D visualization.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and realism in 3D visualizations.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with Engineer, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
