Job description:
1. Handle 2nd level escalations and discuss, solve and support team with ongoing

operations

2.Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting

3. Managing a team of Processors in customer driven environment

4. Ensure adherence to KPI and SLAs in delivery by performing sampling audit of the

team on consistent basis covering every team member every week

5. Ensure attritions targets are not breached

6. Manage operations through end to end planning, metrics review and root cause

analysis

7. Review overall staff performance and recommend

Security Roles & Responsibilities

Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations
