Shooting adrenaline and steaming caffeine welcomes you into the work desk of Aertsen Living._ **_ Roles and Responsibilities:_** - Besides a keen sense of detail and a tinge of OCD, we want you to_- Prepare project planning and set-up execution milestones._- Ensure quality of the workmanship on-site._- Manage on-site carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other stake holders of the project._- Liaise with the clients throughout the execution process. Maintain the best customer experience that our brand promises them._- Organize_ all the materials that are procured before the execution process.- Keep records of on-site material inventory and delivery challan (Invoices)._- Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects._ Stay updated on the market trends and be the best at what you do. Your growth as a professional is as important as our growth as a global brand. **Requirements**: - _ 0.5-3 years of proven work experience.
