**Job Title**: Call Center Executive
**Location**: Aesthetic Clinic
**Position**: Full Time

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information on clinic services.
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage appointment schedules, coordinate with clinic staff, and confirm bookings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Accurately maintain patient records and update information in the clinic’s management system.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to gather feedback and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures, treatments, and aftercare to help them make informed decisions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a call center or similar role, preferably within an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with appointment management software and basic record-keeping.
