**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our real estate team in Belgaum. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and facilitate property transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and terms of sales.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements with buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, marketing professionals, and property developers, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain a database of clients and properties, keeping records of all interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
- Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of local real estate market trends and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
