**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Keep a look out for and identify grant opportunities based on internal estimations of funding amount needed, location, and the project,

2. Coordinate with the FR team to track and create a calendar of grant opportunities - including deadline dates, required materials, etc.

4. Develop proposal by collating information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation,

5. Write, revise, and edit drafts of the proposals,

6. Identify all requirements of grant and coordinate with FR, Finance and Administration to ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time,

7. Align C3 mission, vision, experience with emerging needs and with the requirement of the donor,

9. Communicate with potential grant making organisations,

10. Collaborate with the Communications team and the Executive Director to send funders newsletters and facilitate on site visits

11. Maintaining records in hard copies and computer databases

12. Any other task that the organisation may assign

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
1. Post Graduate in Social Sciences, Public Health or any other discipline

2. Minimum 2-5 years in social sector

3. Demonstrated experience in obtaining grants from non-profits, charities, and other philanthropic organizations

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

5. Ability to manage common proposal queries and objections

6. Experience with sourcing opportunities, contact development, and business relationship management

7. Detail oriented, adaptable, organized and demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks

8. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

9. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required

10. Ability to work in a team

11. Deliver against tight deadlines

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
