Job Description:
1.Greet and direct customers
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
3. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
5. Cross-sell products
6. Ensure racks are fully stocked
7. Manage returns of merchandise
8. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent
9. Customer service (especially during peak times)
10. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
11. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
12. Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirement:
1. Must reside at Durgapur
2. Bengali speaking
3. Great Personality
4. Any Graduate
5. Gender - Female
6. Should know basic excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- Bengali (preferred)
