**Job Description: Office Boy**

**Location**: Khatodara GIDC, Surat
**Company**: Subh Sarees
**Salary**: 12,000 to 14,000 INR per month
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for events and meetings.
- Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Serve beverages and refreshments to office staff and visitors.
- Ensure the security of the office by monitoring visitors and controlling access to the premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and polite demeanor with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with the local area for running errands is advantageous.
