Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Collect samples of concrete materials and products for laboratory analysis and testing.
- Monitor concrete production processes and parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to concrete production and quality control.
- Document test results, observations, and findings accurately and maintain detailed records for quality assurance purposes.
- Communicate test results and findings to production and quality control teams in a clear and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the concrete industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, mix designs, and production processes.
- Knowledge of quality control testing methods and procedures.
- Ability to operate testing equipment and tools effectively and safely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and recording data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,942.86 - ₹20,000.33 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
