**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels and goals.
- Instruct members on correct usage of gym equipment and ensure proper form during exercises.
- Provide fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the gym.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness targets.
- Educate clients on lifestyle choices, nutrition basics, and exercise techniques.
- Conduct group workout sessions (optional if applicable).

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Gym/Fitness Trainer.
- **Valid Gym Trainer Certificate** from a recognized institute is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition, and exercise science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide clients with diverse fitness needs.
- Physically fit and energetic with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of diet and supplementation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
