**Position**: RM/BM
**Location**: Vadodara

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Lead the sales team (including Relationship Managers) to achieve the branch’s sales and revenue targets by setting performance goals and providing guidance.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable banking products and services.
- **Team Development**: Train, mentor, and develop the branch team, fostering a high-performance culture and improving overall productivity.
- **Business Development**: Strategize and implement plans to drive new business growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure that the branch adheres to all regulatory, risk, and compliance guidelines, minimizing operational risk and ensuring audit readiness.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor key metrics and performance data, providing regular reports to senior management on the branch’s performance.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure that the branch delivers superior customer service, promptly resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

**Salary**:
RM **-** 3,35,000 LPA

BM**:

- **5,40,000 LPA

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to meet branch sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products, branch operations, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.

Pay: ₹335,000.00 per year
