Concrete Plant Supervisor

**1. Plant Operations & Production**
- Oversee concrete production and ensure plant operates smoothly.
- Manage raw material supply and storage (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Ensure proper functioning of batching equipment and machinery.

**2. Quality Control & Compliance**
- Ensure concrete meets required specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks on mix designs and adjust when necessary.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

**3. Health & Safety**
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct safety training for workers.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (dust control, waste management, etc.).

**4. Staff Management & Training**
- Supervise and coordinate plant staff, including operators and maintenance personnel.
- Schedule shifts and manage workload distribution.
- Provide training on plant operations, safety, and equipment handling.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a productive work environment.

**5. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of machinery.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.

**6. Inventory & Logistics Management**
- Track and manage stock levels of raw materials.
- Coordinate deliveries and transportation of concrete to job sites.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
