The key deliverables would include
- development & execution of online and offline campaigns including planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- conducting consumer & market research for developing a strong foundation of insights.
- ideating & executing the relevant marketing interventions basis business requirements & expansion plans.
- Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns vis a vis the plan and recommend action planning and course corrections as required.
- Determine customer market needs, grow selection across sub-categories, brands and use cases, manage vendor partners, optimize vendor terms and get support for marketing campaigns.
- Improve customer experience price, innovative promotions/activations/feedback management, loyalty programs.
- Regular reporting on the state of key top line and bottom-line metrics and risk factors.
- Drive continuous process improvement

Experience/Industry
- 1-3 years. E-commerce, D2C/FMCG, Agritech (Ninjacart, DeHaat etc..)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
