Patient Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle patient inquiries through phone and online consultations with empathy and confidentiality.
- Counsel patients on male sexual health issues and suggest treatments/products as advised by the doctor.
- **Take online orders** for Ayurvedic medicines/treatments and ensure accurate billing & record keeping.
- Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets by guiding patients to begin/continue treatment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients for repeat orders, treatment adherence, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of medicines.
- Keep detailed records of patients, calls, and orders in the system.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have prior experience in sales and handling medicines/healthcare products.**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).
- Presentable, empathetic, and professional in dealing with sensitive cases.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and build trust.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
