**Responsibilities**:

- Inward Quality Control (Raw Material):

- Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards and specifications.
- Document and address any discrepancies found during inspections.
- Inward Quality Control (Packaging Material):

- Conduct thorough inspections of packaging materials upon arrival, ensuring they adhere to quality requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any quality issues identified during inspections.
- In-Process Quality Control (Manufacturing):

- Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues during the production process.
- Outward Quality Control (Manufacturing):

- Conduct final inspections of manufactured products to confirm compliance with quality and safety standards prior to release.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and corrective actions taken.
- In-Process Quality Control (Filling and Packaging):

- Oversee the filling and packaging processes to ensure products are filled and packaged according to specifications.
- Ensure proper labelling and integrity of packaging during production.
- Outward Quality Control (Filling and Packaging):

- Perform final quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards before distribution.
- Document and address any packaging defects or quality issues.
- Documentation and SOP Management:

- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control processes across all stages.
- Assist in defining new SOPs to continuously improve quality assurance protocols.
- Record Keeping:

- Keep accurate records and documentation related to all quality control activities.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of cosmetics manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Strong quality control and inspection skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
