Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for Business Area (BA) Advanced Therapy and Business Line (BL) X-ray Products for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)

**Position Summary**: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Area (BA)/Business Line (BL) Manager.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Responsible for budgeting business financials
- Responsible along with BA/BL Manager to reach the yearly targets
- Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization
- Ownership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
- Forecast quality - Focus on realistic estimates and ensuring actions are implemented to reach forecast numbers. Raise flag in case concerns in reaching forecast numbers and explore options to mitigate risks
- Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making
- Monitoring Price Realization Factor (PRF) along with BA/BL Manager
- Finalizing and monitoring productivity measures relating to respective BA/BL
- Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BA/BL
- Costing guidelines review and proposal
- Alignment with factory in India & related reporting

**Key Stakeholders**:Business Area Management, Country Management, Business Line Managers, HQ BL/BA, Bengaluru Factory, Bangladesh Team, Project Management, Logistics, Support functions (Accounts, Taxation, Treasury etc.) Offer to Order (OTO) and Order to Cash (OTC) Team, Auditor

**Experience & Qualification**:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 7-10 years of experience post qualification

**Key skills**: Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred.
