**The position of site supervisor is the most crucial and important for any**

**organization. For a company the task of supervisor is to take all**

**responsibilities of office Field work may it be supervising ongoing work, doing**

**site visit, client interaction, new project discussion, managing team for the**

**work etc.**

**The Site Supervisor has a level of team that traverse down the tree.**

**Supervisor, Technician, Helpers come under him. The SS is senior most of out**

**field members.**

**A number of roles and responsibilities are on the shoulders of a site**

**supervisor which are entitles here in other modules.**

**The SS must inherit the capability of understanding essential requirements**

**and basic needs for successful work completion. The selection of members**

**for particular work is very important task of a SS. The SS should ensure that**

**the particular work needs a set of skills that only this tech can do and assign**

**that job to that particular tech. This job of SS needs skilled vision for selecting**

**a team seeking the assigned work.**

**The arrangement of team is not limited to office staff/members only. The SS**

**needs to arrange external techs for a work when if the office staff is**

**unavailable. This is the most imp step when the SS needs 6 sense so as to**

**maintain the quality of the job assigned and its successful completion. The SS**

**needs to ensure that the given task should be done under the defined time**

**interval and no false time giving is being taken by any tech. Quality and time**

**commitment plays imp role in the management of the team management.**

**Module: 3**

**Quality and standards of the Company**:
**The SS should maintain the Quality of the company by keeping in minds the**

**following points-**

**1. The members should remain in their uniform during their office hours**

**and they cannot visit any site after office hours in uniform.**

**2. The members have to carry their identity cars for any site visit for**

**work.**

**3. The members have to communicate in a very formal tone with the**

**customer/Clients as per the pitch from company.**

**4. Billing details are mandatory that the tech after work completion**

**needs to share to the CSA for billing**

**5. The SS should maintain the coordination with the customer and the**

**tech and take follow-up.**

**6. If tech is stuck at call and in unable to visit the site then the SS will**

**coordinate with the other local guy and needs to get the job done in a**

**short span of time.**

**7. The SS should take proper follow-up with the CSA for work completed**

**sites.**

**8. Ensure that the gesture and posture of the tech stays normal all during**

**the work at site.**

**9. Re arrangement of tech in case of urgency on site.**

**10. If in case an customer comes in urgent need of work then the SS**

**should be able to arrange the tech for the work even at 12am**

**11. For any negative customer the SS should have convincing power so as**

**to settle the matter and convert into positive by giving good offers.**

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
