Opportunity

Position: Sales Officer

Work Location: Pollachi

Client: One of the top Beverages Company

Preferably: Beverages Domain

**Salary**: 2.16 LPA to 2.50 LPA (Additional TA and DA)

Role

The Sales Officer will be responsible for the sales target and growth achievement of the entire business

Have knowledge and strong experience in General Trade & Modern Trade for the Beverages categories

Adapt at identifying and developing key business relationship for excellence and accomplishment of the targets

Handling Distributors, Secondary Sales and improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
Shall be Responsible for Business Planning (Domestic & Upcountry), New Business Development, Marketing & closely working with the key customers

Planning, executing and improving sales and growth with good profitability

Responsible for overall B2B and B2C sales of the company

Have a clear knowledge and focus on new channels like Institutions and modern trade, e-commerce to build distribution, visibility, and volumes, etc

Closely monitoring and maintaining Distributor performance and working closely for the growth of all the stakeholders

Continuous focus on increasing the availability of our Products across all the territories

Regular Sales performance review and performance improvement planning.

Monthly Sales planning and forecasting while taking into account the shelf life

Aligning Data collection and organizing, analysis and reports generation

Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants

Mentor, motivate, and guide team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on a monthly basis

Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills

Desired Skills & Experience - Education & Experience

Any graduate with degree in Sales or Marketing preferred

Freshers also Preferred.

Both Male & Female Preferred

Strong experience (0- 03 years) within FMCG background Preferred.

Preferably within the Beverage industry with a major focus on Rural Channels, General Trade & Modern Trade

Should possess Strong analytical, Problem solving & Organizational abilities

Should possess Exceptional Relationship Management Skills & Interpersonal Skills

Good team handling skills

Multi-linguistic & an effective communicator
