**Looking for Staff Nurses for the below mentioned department.**
**Emergency, ICU, Ward**
- Requires proficiency with various technologies to perform specific tasks and carry out duties.
- Ability to respond to medical issues affecting a patient.
- Patient safety skills.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, performing nursing procedures, and implementing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess changes in patient status, and report abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare provider promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, medication administration records, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, self-care strategies, and discharge instructions to promote patient understanding and engagement in their care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, therapeutic interventions, and medical emergencies as needed, following established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and promoting a healing and supportive environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, medication safety practices, and other healthcare standards to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections and promote patient safety.

Preferred Education

**ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery), BSc Nursing, DGNM (Diploma in General Nursing and Mid Wifery)**
