Site Manger

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Wind Turbine Erection & Installation**
- Supervise the **erection of wind turbine components** including tower sections, nacelles, hubs, and blades.
- Oversee lifting operations using cranes in accordance with OEM and HSE guidelines.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities for turbines, substations, SCADA, and internal cabling.
- Review and ensure adherence to installation manuals, method statements, and quality plans.

**2. Site Execution & Coordination**
- Manage all on-site construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Coordinate logistics for turbine delivery, offloading, pre-assembly, and installation.
- Interface with turbine suppliers (OEMs), contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

**3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**
- Implement and enforce project-specific HSE plans and safe erection procedures.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards (e.g., GWO, OSHA, ISO).

**4. Quality Control & Commissioning**
- Ensure erection works meet OEM specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct inspections for torque, alignment, grouting, cable terminations, and testing.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in coordination with QA/QC and OEM teams.

**5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track daily progress, resources, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Report risks, delays, and deviations to the Project Manager with mitigation plans.

**6. Subcontractor & Team Management**
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors involved in civil works, crane operations, installation, and electrical works.
- Review and approve work permits, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety compliance among site teams.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- **5-10 years of experience in site management**, with at least **3+ years in erection and installation of wind turbines**.
- Proven experience with major wind OEMs (e.g., Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex, etc.).
- Knowledge of crane operations, turbine assembly, and lifting plans is essential.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale onshore wind projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹51,909.52 - ₹64,836.68 per month
